At Exzotic Bedding Hub, we take great care in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* ⁠The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

* All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

* The exchange request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

* Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, all purchases made through Exzotic Bedding Hub are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Products that are specially made, customized, personalized, or manufactured according to customer-specific requirements are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged. We encourage customers to carefully review all customization details before placing their order.

This policy applies to all bespoke, made-to-order, personalized, and customized products offered by Exzotic Bedding Hub.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Clear photographs of the product

* Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
